Good drawing but the coloring is a bit pillowy. My suggestion is to try and get some solid bits of darker shadow down on places to define the shapes of the body a bit more sharply. It gives more volume than to uniformly shadow each metal facet.
Either way I love this guy. I hope the movie exclusive Decepticon characters pop up again somewhere in the Transformers franchise.

A good tip on shading tans and light stuff is to use an oposite color to highlight. Don't make the color too light in itself and then pick a bluey highlight if its red-ish.
I've also found that the same thing works wonders for shadows. Try using a very dark blue sometimes.
